Love Swimming has formulated a programme specifically for tri-athletes. Our former professional swimmers can help you with both technique and fitness to make the swim leg faster and easier.
We run both private and group coaching sessions. Group sessions are designed for the improving tri-athlete and are either technique or fitness based sessions. As well as technical swimming skills, our ASA qualified coaches will introduce you to race-specific and open-water techniques.
And it’s not just tri-athletes we coach. As former professional swimmers, our instructors are able to coach at the highest level for any form of competitive and performance swimming.
