Swimming Pool Rules

Please see below our Love Swimming pool rules and regulations starting from January 2016. Please take a moment to read and familiarise yourself with them.

1. All students must sign the Love Swimming student list at the main reception upstairs before entering the club for swimming lessons.
2. Towels are provided at reception; one towel per student.
3. Please do not get changed on the poolside or in the viewing area; this can become untidy and overcrowded. Please use the changing rooms provided.
4. Please arrive 5 minutes before the start and end of the class and wait in the viewing area. All parents and guardians must stay in the viewing area available and not on the poolside.
5. Do not enter the pool until the current class has finished.
6. Please wear overshoes provided when you go on the poolside.
7. All prams and strollers must be stored upstairs in the reception area.
8. Boys or girls over the age of 8 years should use the male or female changing room respectively.
9. Please always remember to shower before entering the water.
10. Whilst you are waiting for your class, please keep poolside noise down to a minimum so that all lessons can take place in a calm and peaceful atmosphere.
11. We strongly recommend that all students/parents wear flip-flops when walking on the poolside, as the surface may become slippery.
12. All swimmers must wear a swimming hat (Love Swimming will also provide one per student).
13. Please note that for child protection reasons, we do not allow photography or videography during the classes at any time.
14. Love Swimming only offer one make up class per term with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
15. Love Swimming have the right to refuse entry to any student who has not paid their swimming fees upfront.
